to the collection centres on Mondays and Thursdays.
On arrival, they are sorted again before division into individual customer batches.
The new production methods we have put in place and which are improved year on year, enable us to produce very high quality eggs, in terms of both fertility and health.

A representative sample is taken from each batch of eggs delivered to our customers, which is then incubated in our hatchery to monitor fertility.
Pheasant, French partridge and English partridge eggs are collected daily.
Fertility rates of pheasant and partridge eggs are guaranteed depending on the period.
Where necessary, infertile eggs are stored for later inspection.
Each farm has a facility, approved by the Department veterinary service, for washing eggs (soiled eggs only).
We reimburse the eggs which show fertility rates below the guaranteed minimum, or supply the missing chicks after hatching.
The eggs are then disinfected, placed on trays and stamped with the farm number for effective traceability.
