our farms have a licence number from the Departmental Agriculture Service
(DDA) and the Department Veterinary Service.
Each egg laid is identified on the farm with this licence number.
The references of eggs supplied to our customers are recorded and can
be checked at any time.
Every egg delivered to the hatchery is incubated according to its farm
number. |

transfer, eggs are placed in hatchers under the same conditions.
On hatching, batches of chicks are recorded by number and delivered to
our customers or our farms.
Systematic identification means we can check the origin or destination
of every egg, chick, poult or breeding bird, a guarantee of constant monitoring. |
