Our prices include free delivery in mainland France and Corsica.
Our prices and price lists, with their date and period of application, are available to any purchaser-reseller. This price list is subject to change during the year based on the cost of raw materials or economic elements. Invoices are based on the prices current on the date of delivery. Our prices include all taxes (except VAT exemption for EC member countries).
Article 2 - DELIVERIES - TIMES - RISKS
Delivery times are given for information only and any delays cannot
provide grounds for the purchaser to cancel the sale, refuse the goods
or claim damages. Our products may only be returned to us if a reservation
or report has been made or stated on the delivery note accompanying
each shipment. The purchaser is therefore responsible, in the event
of a defect or missing items, for making all the necessary reports and
for confirming the reservations in a formal demand or by registered
letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Article 3 - RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP
It is expressly agreed that our products remain our property until full
payment of the sale price. Any contrary clause is deemed null and void.
In the event of tax assessment or simple bankruptcy, orders in progress
will automatically be cancelled with no need for notice if the products
have not yet been delivered. If the products have been delivered, our
company reserves the right to bring an action to claim title in accordance
with the provisions of Law No. 85.98 of 25 January 1985 until their
payment in full.
Our products are the responsibility of our purchaser who must accept
all the risks they may encounter or occasion, for any reason whatever,
even for reasons beyond its control or due to a third party.
ARTICLE 4 - QUANTITATIVE DISCOUNT
Orders for day-old chicks may benefit from 2% extra free of charge based
on the quantity ordered.
ARTICLE 5 - GUARANTEES
The fertility rate of our eggs is guaranteed at 80% for partridge and
pheasant eggs. The company will reimburse any non-fertile eggs in excess
of the guaranteed percentage. For this reason, customers should retain
any sterile eggs for 10 days for checking.

ARTICLE 6 - TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment period - Unless special conditions apply, payment must be made
30 days after delivery at the latest.
Late penalties - Otherwise, the price shall be increased by 0.06% per
day without prejudice to any legal action taken.
All invoices for export sales must be paid by bank transfer.
ARTICLE 7 - JURISDICTION
These terms and conditions alone will govern our sales to the express
exclusion of any contrary clause in the customer's conditions. In the
event of a dispute, the Nantes courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 8 - CUSTOMERS' TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
Terms and conditions of purchase issued by our customers may only be
taken into account following express acceptance of the elements which
do not contradict these terms and conditions.
